Involved is the internal communication platform that will be used to post news related to our people and business (in the Conversation section) and all team members can post their own stories, suggestions or questions (in the Experience section).

Confluence will include a People & Culture Space which will be the document management area that includes documents related to our day-to-day life such as company calendar, HR policies & procedures, org charts, brand templates, Melbourne office details and more. Everything and anything new in the People & Culture Space will be communicated via Involved.

For employees in Australia

HaRvey is a one stop shop where you can find all your personal employment information (most of it only you can see and access).

The things you can do in the system are:

Apply for all different types of leave including annual & personal leave Remember your leave balances will be updated on a monthly basis directly after each payrun. When you apply for leave in HaRvey the leave balance will remain the same and will then adjust after the payrun.

Update your home address, bank account & tax details

Keep your emergency contact details up to date

Access the library of online learning modules

Access a copy of your Job Agreement (which your leader can see as well)

For employees in USA

What HaRvey will be used for:

Access to online learning library of modules (Learning log)

US policies that need to be reviewed & acknowledged (when those approved) (Documents Log)

Storing of other people related documents (e.g. Job Agreements) (Documents Log)
